A Year In Review - ONE Thing at a Time

Writer's picture: ChantalChantal

I can’t believe it’s been a year since I started this Weekly ONE Thing Blog. This year literally flew by. Thanks to all of you who have followed my posts over the course of the year. I hope that you gained something valuable from the challenges that you set for yourself.

So our final ONE Thing question is, "What is ONE Thing that you got out of doing your ONE Thing challenges?" When I look at all the blog posts from this past year, I can't believe all the things I challenged myself to do. Some were simple like doing random acts of kindness; and some were huge like writing a book in one week. Some challenges I had more success with than others, but I learned something from each one. I think the biggest thing that I got out of the past year's ONE Thing Challenges, is a real understanding of the value of focus. When I gave my attention to my ONE Thing Challenge, I always had some form of success or growth and learning. I feel expanded from having taken on something new to challenge myself with each week.

I plan on continuing to give myself a weekly ONE Thing challenge each week because it helped me achieve more and understand myself better. I hope you will continue challenge yourself to do things that will help you expand and have a great experience of yourself.

Stay tuned for my new monthly blog starting on the first Monday of each month. Each post will have a different theme for each month.

And, as always, I would love to hear from you on what you got out of your year of ONE Thing Challenges and whatever you are planning for the new year. Feel free to share in the comments below, on Facebook or in our Weekly ONE Thing Facebook Group!

Thank you again for a great year of growth together! Wishing you all the best for 2020!!!
